There is one delivery option at this moment - Standard delivery. It takes 3 to 5 working days to be at your door. Please, get in touch if you need this sooner. We can arrange for you an alternative delivery or a pick-up. The cost depends on the weight of the order. The minimum charge is £6.

Thank you for your purchase. I appreciate your support. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund, except for the shipping cost.

To return an object, please email me at hello@eraduceramnics.com within 14 days of the purchase. I will be in touch within 24 hours with packing instructions. Please, do not post before you hear from me. Note that you will be responsible for all return charges. I recommend using the trackable method. After receiving your return, I will procces the refund. It might take a couple of days for the fund to appear in your bank account. Please, bear with me. I will notify you by email when it is all done for you.
